Hermetic isolation for conductive interfaces
Termination level durability
ISO-COAT® is a patented hermetic sealing technology applied directly at the electrical termination.
Conventional protection methods typically address outer components rather than the exposed connection point within the electrical system.
This leaves conductive interfaces vulnerable to atmospheric ingress, corrosion initiation, and long-term degradation.
Hermetic interface isolation
Engineered to extend the service life of conductive terminations operating in harsh environments.
Applied directly at the electrical interface, this adaptable process creates a structurally reinforced hermetic barrier around exposed conductive interfaces.
ISO-COAT® technology is designed to reduce corrosion initiation and termination degradation within electrical systems over time.
Independently tested at the termination
Tested at an A2LA-accredited laboratory in accordance with MIL-STD-202 Method 101 and ISO 9227:2022 salt atmosphere exposure testing.
Untreated sample terminations: visible corrosion at 24 hours exposure.
ISO-COAT® treated samples: no visible corrosion at 244+ hours exposure under the same test conditions.
Termination interfaces were intentionally left exposed to directly assess environmental impact at the conductive interface region.
Full test documentation available on request.

Commercial use
ISO-COAT® was first commercially deployed through exported Australian-made cable products operating in real-world environments across multiple international markets.
The process established repeatable manufacturing methods and field-use validation prior to broader industrial positioning.
The technology is currently advancing toward applications across defence, maritime, industrial, and harsh-environment electrical systems.
Currently progressing commercialisation activities through the Australian Government Industry Growth Program (IGP) and NSW Government Defence and Aerospace.
Australian owned, invented, and manufactured.
